billing issue missing refund
i had billing issues that really bothered me. i prepaid everything, taxes and fees included. upon arrival, they asked for a card for a $100 deposit, i didn't mind. after i checked out, i got an invoice for the full stay that i already paid!!! my card was charged again, even a "no show fee" showed up. the staff fixed it fast, but i still got a refund a few dollars short.

fantastic stay downtown

friendly staff excellent wifi
the staff was friendly at check-in. i received complimentary tea and coffee . the location is unbeatable, being close to everything. the wifi signal was excellent, a real plus.
I thought the elevators operated slowly. A single elevator for the whole hotel caused delays. waiting became tedious, especially during peak hours.
Service
9/10
The front desk staff offered helpful directions. They were available to answer questions, such as regarding local attractions, twenty-four hours a day. i appreciated the attentive service. All my interactions were positive.

Acceptable Location. Issues with Elevators and Room Condition

outdated room elevator service
The location was convenient.
Both elevators were out of service. I had to walk down many flights of stairs. The room seemed outdated, and the shower didn't get hot enough, I was really disappointed.
